Head of Portfolio Management - Arabic & English

Based Location: Qatar

We are looking for an exceptional Head Program Management Office to join a high-value Program Delivery Office in Doha, Qatar.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced , consulting, programme or portfolio professional who is comfortable operating in complex environments and engaging with senior executives, government entities and diverse stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping and driving a major portfolio of strategic initiatives, bringing together multiple workstreams, challenging progress, identifying emerging issues and ensuring that priorities translate into tangible outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Strong experience across large-scale programmes, portfolios management,
  • Experience working with senior executives and complex stakeholder groups
  • Background with a leading consulting firm, government entity, sovereign organisation, major transformation programme or large enterprise
  • Exceptional commercial, analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at the highest levels
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification advantageous
  • Strong interest and capability in leveraging AI and emerging technologies
