Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Headteacher to support the leadership of a school for children and young people with complex needs.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a forward‑thinking leader who can inspire staff, champion high standards, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every pupil can thrive.
Key Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within a school environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); experience in SEN essential
- Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and regulatory requirements
- Ability to drive improvement and manage staff effectively
- Commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for pupils
