A global SaaS organisation is seeking an experienced EMEA Business Development Manager to own and scale business development across the region. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to turn strategy into execution, and execution into reliable pipeline.

You’ll lead inbound and outbound motions across multiple EMEA markets, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), tight alignment with Sales and Marketing, and building a high‑performing BDR team that delivers consistently.

What you’ll do

  • Own business development strategy and execution across EMEA
  • Lead inbound lead management to ensure speed, quality, and conversion
  • Design and optimise outbound and ABM‑led prospecting programs
  • Build, coach and develop a high‑performing regional BDR team
  • Own pipeline creation, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue impact

What you bring

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, including 3+ years managing Business Development teams
  • Experience leading teams across multiple regions or markets
  • Strong inbound and outbound sales development expertiseHands‑on experience with ABM strategies and frameworks
  • Confidence working with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (German and/or French a strong plus)
  • SaaS or high‑growth B2B experience preferred
