CLO Operations/Settlements – Leading Global Fund (London Area)

We are currently representing a leading global credit investment fund who are looking to hire a CLO Operations/Settlements professional to its top performing CLO team in London. Given their exceptional performance and growth, they are looking for an Analyst/Associate level candidate with experience in a CLO operations, structured credit, loan settlements, or CLO/credit structuring, with a technical and analytical skillset. Sitting at the core of their CLO business, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and exposure across deal management, portfolio operations, and the trade lifecycle processes. Key responsibilities for the role may include: Daily support of multiple CLO portfolios in Europe, including trade booking, reconciliations, cash movements, and position monitoring Liaising with internal teams (PMs, traders, legal, compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of portfolio activities Managing and dealing with trade data and position reporting (CLO trustee reports) Assisting with CLO and Warehouse onboarding, including asset setup, liability tracking, and compliance monitoring Supporting portfolio reporting and internal analytics, as well as contributing to ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives Providing support for loan settlement processes The ideal candidate will hold strong Excel and data skills (VBA/SQL a plus), have knowledge of CLO structures, and familiarity with loan settlement platforms like ClearPar or WSO.
