Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement sourcing requests for category in scope.
- Work on sourcing requests involving interaction in English with stakeholders and contract negotiation (commercial and legal aspects such as price, terms and conditions, legal annexes).
- Collaborate with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations, Tactical Buying, and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing capabilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client, and supplier stakeholders.
- Support market tenders and manage the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine the selection of suppliers.
- Support analysis of proposals and produce recommendations.
- Negotiate deals (of varying size and complexity) to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance, and contractual outcomes.
- Draft and review contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
- Follow internal policies, processes, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Adhere to corporate standards, including using defined sourcing tools and processes in delivery of sourcing initiatives according to client requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, functional KPIs, SLAs, and other performance objectives are met, including savings targets.
- Ensure accuracy of data and compliance with given sourcing requirements (based on client methodology and requirements).
- Ensure proactive, timely engagement with clients and manage customer expectations regarding project timelines and solution features.
- Ensure proactivity for additional support/extra activities/projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years proven experience in sourcing/acquisition in a corporate environment with a good understanding of the challenges, processes, and requirements of the sourcing process.
- Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in negotiations for the benefit of stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems.
