Our client is a large, multi-site organisation. They are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a significant operational division with full responsibility for strategy, performance and long-term growth.
This is a senior executive role requiring a leader who can combine strong commercial acumen with operational oversight across a complex portfolio. The General Manager will play a key role within the executive leadership team, contributing to organisational strategy while ensuring the division delivers consistently high standards of performance, compliance and financial sustainability.
The successful candidate will bring a strong leadership presence and the confidence to contribute actively at executive level. They will be comfortable engaging in constructive challenge, articulating clear positions and helping drive timely and effective decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with the CEO and wider executive team, the General Manager will lead the division through its next phase of development, strengthening operational capability while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership

- Hold full accountability for divisional financial performance, including profit and loss.
- Lead the development of budgets, forecasts and financial plans aligned to organisational strategy.
- Implement strong financial controls while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and commercial performance.
