This is not a traditional management role focused on administration. Instead, you'll be at the forefront of generating business, winning instructions, growing portfolios and building long-term client relationships.

Sales & Lettings Growth
  • Conduct residential sales and lettings valuations, converting opportunities into instructions.
  • Win new sales, fully managed and let-only business through proactive relationship building and business development activities.
  • Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring excellent customer outcomes and maximizing revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, investors, developers and buyers.
Business Development & Market Growth
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting and local market engagement.
  • Build strategic relationships with local businesses, property investors and industry contacts.
