About the Company
Confidas People is a leading specialist Management Due Diligence (MDD) consultancy supporting Private Equity investment. Founded in 2017, we have been experiencing consistent year on year growth, and are now looking to add to the team to improve our capability and capacity to provide trusted advisory services to our valued clients at the standard we have set.
In March 2025 we became part of The LCap Group, who are backed by Three Hills Capital Partners, cementing our position as the UK’s leading MDD provider and creating the opportunity to accelerate our growth.
We operate exclusively on behalf of venture capital and private equity firms, engaging with C-suite executives of ambitious, dynamic companies, and as a result, all projects are fast paced and demanding, but equally rewarding and stimulating.
About the Role
Working as part of a well established expert and high performing team, you will initially be responsible for supporting projects and eventually leading projects. This is a key role in helping not only the delivery of our work, but also enabling the growth of the business. Every project we undertake is bespoke and we work on a variety of deal sizes, sectors, and geographies.
The role will consist of a combination of the following:
- Psychometric profiling of executives and management teams
- Report writing
- Interviewing C-suite executives
- Extensive and comprehensive referencing
- Information gathering and analysis
- Client feedback and advice, making evidence based recommendations
About the candidate
Our work is very niche and specialist, therefore we do not expect potential candidates to have exact experience of what we do. We have diverse backgrounds ourselves and understand the value of transferrable skills and experience.
We offer full training through in-house sessions and education, on the job training and externally provided formal courses. There will also be the opportunity to study for relvant professional qualifications if desired.
The willingness to learn, self-motivate and contribute as part of a high performing team is absolutely essential. We are open to considering candidates who are interested in working within the private equity and venture capital sector, and would be especially interested in hearing from those with the following experience:
- Business or Organisational Psychology
- HR, especially within a fast growth venture capital or private equity backed business
- Human Capital Planning/organisational design
- Psychometric assessment, profiling and feedback
- Operational experience requiring significant people management and team building within a particular function
- Recruitment & Executive Search
Essential skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines and working under time pressure
- Confident operating at a senior level
- Proactive and collaborative
Whilst this is not an entry level or graduate position, candidates with 2-3 years work experience will be considered. We work remotely, however also get together as a team once a month and on occasion, some travel will be required. This role is UK based. This is not an associate position.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, and the role provides opportunities to earn performance related bonus, and various benefits including private healthcare.
