Confero Recruitment Group is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, people-smart Recruitment Resourcer to join our Glasgow team. The Role
You’ll be central to how we deliver for clients across architecture, design and technical markets. Your job is to find, engage, and nurture the right people and help shape the way we attract talent. Day-to-day includes:
- Writing adverts that actually sell roles (not the usual clichés).
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
- Screening candidates and qualifying skills, motivations, and fit.
- Phoning candidates and gaining an understanding of who they are, and what roles might fit them.
- Managing candidate journeys with clarity, pace, and care.
- Supporting consultants with shortlisting, market research, and project delivery.
- Building talent pipelines for repeat hiring needs.
Who You Are
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
- Strong writer, where you can craft adverts, messages, and outreach that feel human.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Curious about how businesses work and how people make career decisions.
- Ambitious, where you want progression, responsibility, and a role that grows with you.
- Experience in recruitment is a bonus, but not essential. We hire for attitude, communication, and potential.
