A leading Glasgow interior architecture studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong hospitality experience to take the lead on high‑profile hotel refurbishments across the UK and Europe. - Managing projects from early concept through to delivery on site
- Ensuring designs meet brand guidelines while still pushing creativity and differentiation
- Presenting to clients, stakeholders and global hotel groups
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio culture
What we’re looking for
- 5–8 years’ experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality or hotel projects
- Strong portfolio showing concept development, detailing, and built work
- Confident project manager able to run refurb projects with pace, clarity and control
- Experience working with major hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Accor, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience beneficial
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, design‑driven studio
