This is a rare opportunity to join one of Scotland’s leading charities at a pivotal point in its development. Right There recently marked its 200th anniversary and has a long-standing reputation for providing tailored support to people within their homes and communities. The organisation works with individuals affected by homelessness, poverty, substance use and family breakdown, creating safe, stable and supportive environments that enable people to rebuild their lives. Last year, Right There supported almost 4,000 individuals, helping to prevent homelessness and family separation. With strong partnerships across Scotland, its mission is to help people create a place they can truly call home.
Right There is now seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead its Property Services team as a member of the Senior Management Team. The role has overall responsibility for property management and asset recycling, including repairs, planned maintenance, compliance, asset investment and future strategy. The team manages a portfolio of over 500 properties, mainly across the Glasgow area, supported by administrators, maintenance staff, technicians and trades colleagues.
The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial and customer-focused approach, delivering high-quality services through both in-house teams and external contractors. As Right There continues to explore innovative ways to provide homes that transform lives, the Head of Property will demonstrate clear vision, ambition and strong leadership.
