Our Social Housing Association client is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to oversee the operational delivery of their compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property, housing, or asset compliance who is committed to ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and well-managed.
You will lead on delivering an efficient and effective compliance service, ensuring our client meets all statutory landlord obligations across areas including:
- Fire Safety
- Gas and Electrical Safety
- Damp and Mould
- Legionella
- Asbestos
- Ventilation
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset and certification records, monitoring contractor performance, supporting KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance services are delivered to high standards of quality, value, and customer experience.
Ideally candidates will have a background in Social Housing compliance, strong data management and organisational skills, knowledge of landlord safety requirements, ability to monitor contractor performance and analyse compliance data.
