Our client is looking for an Asset Officer to join a their Property Services team who are dedicated to delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused services across our housing stock. This fixed‑term role (6–12 months) will support the Asset Manager in maintaining, improving and ensuring full compliance across our homes, with a strong emphasis on planned and cyclical works, sustainability and progressing our net‑zero ambitions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering safe, efficient and sustainable homes for tenants.
