Our Glasgow based client has a temporary need for a proactive and customer focused Repairs Advisor to join a busy Repairs team. You will be at the heart of the responsive repairs and voids service. You will manage repair enquiries, prioritise work orders, support contractors and ensure customers receive timely, accurate updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling repair enquiries from tenants, colleagues and contractors, logging and progressing them through the housing management system.
- Diagnosing repairs accurately, prioritising work orders and ensuring the right contractor is appointed first time.
- Issuing, monitoring and chasing work orders to ensure completion within agreed targets.
- Processing invoices, variations and recharges, ensuring value for money and accurate cost coding.
- Coordinating void inspections, safety checks and repairs, managing certificates and ensuring properties are ready for re-let.
- Managing warranty defects with contractors to secure timely resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate records, including keys, locks and recharges.
- Supporting KPI delivery, data accuracy and continuous improvement across the service.
