The Role:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of performance
- Plan and prioritise workloads to maintain efficient day-to-day operations
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Support and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
