Right There are one of Scotland's leading charities that recently celebrated their 200th anniversary. They provide tailored support for people, at home, and in the community. They are here for people who are living with the effects of homelessness, poverty, substance use, or family breakdowns. Last year they supported almost 4,000 individuals, helping to prevent them from becoming homeless or separated from the people they love. Every person’s story is unique, and everyone’s route home is different - it doesn’t matter what the situation is – we’re not here to judge, only to help.
In these progressive and exciting times for Right There, they are recruiting for the critical role of Head of Property to lead the Property Services team. The post holder will be part of the Senior Management team and will have principal responsibility for all aspects of property management and asset recycling, including repairs, cyclic planning, asset investment, compliance and future strategic planning.
The Property Services team is responsible for the management of a portfolio of over 500 properties of various size, predominantly in the Glasgow area and includes a team of administrators, maintenance staff, technicians, and trades staff.
The Head of Property will take an entrepreneurial approach to delivering an excellent customer focussed service, both internally and externally, through the property team and external contractors. Right There seeks to explore new ways of providing homes that truly change lives, so the Head of Property should display a vision and ambition to meet this challenge.
