The position
We're currently looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating the full UK payroll process and coordinating international payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
The role works closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers while maintaining strong controls and supporting audits, year-end activities and continuous process improvements.
You'll be responsible for
- Own the full monthly UK payroll cycle, from payroll inputs and calculations through to payments, payslips and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UK PAYE, National Insurance, RTI, statutory payments and workplace pension requirements.
- Coordinate outsourced payrolls across four overseas countries, ensuring accurate inputs, timely approvals, funding and local compliance.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis to support Finance.
- Work closely with HR to process starters, leavers, salary changes, contractual amendments, absences and benefits. xgikmsk
