Over the past 20 years, Conferma has digitised the corporate hotel payment workflows by leveraging virtual cards and curating an ecosystem of +100 Card Issuers, +400 Travel Management Companies and +230 Booking Platforms. Conferma has an opportunity to evolve its travel payment ecosystem global footprint and optimise payment workflows. We need to establish Conferma as the go-to gateway for Card Issuers as they adopt the new payment flows in commercial payments, powered by virtual cards.
The new role of Senior Business Analyst will be tasked with translating product intent and user needs into clear, testable requirements that delivery teams can build confidently. This role exists to raise the bar across product discovery and delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate product intent into clear, actionable, high-quality requirements, whilst personally demonstrating the value that excellent Business Analysis brings. Ideally, you will have experience in building Website and/or Mobile applications, with a focus on the Payments industry.
A successful Senior Business Analyst will:
