The Account Manager – Core Segment (UK & Europe) is a high-impact, growth-oriented role responsible for managing a portfolio of established Travel Management Companies (TMC) clients across the UK and EU markets. These accounts have strong foundations but require renewed structure, deeper commercial discipline, and a more intentional partnership approach to unlock meaningful expansion. This role is ideal for someone driven, curious, and ready to make a visible impact by shaping the next phase of Conferma’s growth across the UK and Europe.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Own and grow a portfolio of Core TMC accounts.
- Drive revenue, retention, and product adoption.
- Expand stakeholder engagement within TMCs, elevating our value proposition to ensure alignment between customer objectives and our payment solutions.
- Operate with autonomy and ownership, establishing your own cadence, priorities, and reporting discipline.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development, operational improvements, and commercial strategy.

- Understanding of virtual cards, commercial payments, or SaaS-based financial products (preferred but not essential).
- Commercially strong with a track record of driving client growth.
- Skilled in developing structured account plans and executing them with precision.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication capabilities.
- Analytically minded with the ability to manage KPIs, growth pipelines, and adoption metrics.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can shape their own direction.
