Our Strategic Account Manager-Business Development is responsible for:
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our product and service offerings with existing customers to meet their evolving needs.
Sales Growth: Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets, with a focus on sustainable growth.
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the Commercial Cards sector.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide insights that inform account strategies and business development activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the delivery of solutions to clients.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
Reporting and Planning: Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting, contribute to strategic account plans, and prepare regular account reviews.
