- Vendor Liaison: Request custom quotes and special pricing from vendors to ensure competitive offers.
- Proposal Export: Prepare and format basic or complex proposals for client delivery.
- Customer Communication: Keep clients informed during the quoting process and respond to queries promptly.
- Specification Management: Gather and attach relevant spec sheets and manuals where required.
- Lead Time Tracking: Monitor product availability and adjust proposals to reflect accurate delivery timelines.
- Address Verification: Confirm shipping and billing addresses for every proposal to prevent errors.
- Delivery Requirements: Check for lift gate needs and confirm delivery contact details for box orders.
- Job Booking: Verify NTP (PO, signed quote, contract), request SLED, save required documents to YODA, and pass jobs to the BC team.
- CRM Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer and account information in D365, including adding new accounts, updating contacts, and merging duplicates.
