We are seeking motivated and dependable Housekeeping Assistants to join our dedicated and professional housekeeping team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the Hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of cleanliness within guest bedrooms and public areas, working efficiently within set timeframes while upholding our quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Servicing your allocated bedrooms daily and carrying out additional cleaning tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisors.
  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness across back‑of‑house and public areas, adhering to hotel standards at all times.
  • Assisting with deep cleaning and laundering duties, including curtains, blinds, carpets, upholstery and other furnishings.
  • Using and storing all cleaning materials, equipment and chemicals safely and correctly in line with COSHH regulations.
  • Keeping corridors clear, tidy and hazard‑free during service periods.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues promptly and following the correct reporting procedures.
  • Maintaining well‑organised stock rooms and informing supervisors of any shortages.

About You:

You will take genuine pride in your work, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the Hotel. A positive attitude, reliability, and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential. Ideally, you will have previous experience in housekeeping within a busy hotel or similar environment, though full training will be provided.
