Are you passionate about supporting veterans, Armed Forces families and the wider Armed Forces community? Veterans in Communities are recruiting a VALOUR Pathways Coordinator to support delivery of the VALOUR North West programme. This role will provide person‑centred support to veterans and their families, ensuring they can access the right services at the right time.

Working as part of a coordinated regional network, you will deliver support through a structured Pathways Coordination approach, including triage, assessment, case management and referral. You will play a key role in ensuring individuals receive consistent, joined‑up support in line with the VALOUR “No Wrong Front Door” model.

Location: Lancashire (with remote and outreach working across Lancashire and Cumbria as required)
