The Role
- Responsible to the Housing Manager for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing service to ex-service personnel and their dependents.
- Provide an effective and responsive housing management service for a patch of Stoll properties, meeting agreed performance outcomes and objectives for key areas, including rent arrears, lettings and anti-social behaviour.
