We are looking for a Fundraising Administrator who will support the Individual Giving team through ensuring excellent donor care, accurate income processing, and maintaining high-quality data records. Working closely with the Individual Giving Team, you will help keep operations running smoothly across all fundraising streams, including Regular Giving, In Memory, Legacy, and Civilian Payroll Giving.

Experience and Background
With at least 1 years’ experience in administrative and fundraising environments, the candidate brings strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ideally, they possess an understanding of income processing, data management, ensuring that information is handled accurately and efficiently. Previous roles have required good attention to detail, the ability to prioritise competing tasks, and a readiness to learn new systems and processes—skills that equip them to support the Individual Giving team effectively. The candidate is confident working with CRM databases, processing donations, and maintaining clear records to ensure seamless operational support across multiple fundraising streams. They are a collaborative and dependable team player who communicates in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. Experience working closely with colleagues, supporters, and wider stakeholders has strengthened their ability to contribute positively to team goals and provide excellent donor care. They thrive in busy environments and take pride in supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Hours of Work
Hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, schedule to be agreed with Line Manager. We have a friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment with a hybrid working approach of 60% in office and 40% home-working. The full time equivalent annual salary range for the post is between £23,150 up to £24,500 per annum, depending upon experience. The pro-rata salary range, based on the above hours of work is £13,229 to £14,000.

Interviews will be held on a rolling basis during the advertising period and RNRMC reserve the right to close the vacancy early and make an appointment at any stage of the application process.
