The National Army Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, through our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our galleries and innovative exhibitions and public programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

We’re recruiting for a new member of our Human Resources team who will provide support to the Assistant Director (Resources) in a wide range of activities for the provision of dedicated Human Resources and Volunteering support to the Museum as an integral part of the organisation.

The successful candidate will have experience of working across all disciplines in a generalist HR team environment. The ability to deliver a high quality administrative and advisory service and an understanding and awareness of current HR legislation and best practice are essential. A CIPD Qualification (or working towards) is desirable.

The closing date for application forms is Sunday 22 February 2026. Interviews will be held at the National Army Museum in Chelsea on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
