Through our galleries and innovative exhibitions and public programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

Are you passionate about heritage, driving commercial success and visitor engagement?

The Museum is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Front of House Assistant, working across the Visitor Experience and Visitor Welcome & Retail Teams to ensure the safe, welcoming, engaging and commercially focused operation of our Front of House services. The role will be integral to the achievement of sales, key performance indicators, donations and the delivery and continued development of our world-class visitor experience. This role will require weekend working to a rota pattern.

The closing date for application forms is Midday (Noon) on Friday 17 April 2026. Interviews will be held at the National Army Museum in Chelsea w/c 27 April 2026.
