Overview
RBVE is seeking a motivated Lifeworks Tutor and Employment Advisor to deliver our award‑winning national Lifeworks programme, supporting veterans, serving personnel families, and the wider military community into sustainable employment, education, or training. Based in Aylesford with national travel, you’ll deliver engaging online and in‑person employability training, provide 12 months of personalised Forward Assist support, and guide beneficiaries with CVs, applications, and interview preparation, while maintaining accurate records and working closely with internal specialists and external partners.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills, experience delivering training or coaching, knowledge of the UK employment market, and confidence using Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full driving licence is required.
- A Basic DBS check is required.
