For 140 years, the Forces Employment Charity has proudly supported Service leavers, veterans, and their families in building successful civilian careers. We provide veterans with lifelong, life-changing support, jobs, and training opportunities, regardless of circumstances, rank, length of service, or reason for leaving.

The Employment Advisor (Community) North-West will support individuals in sourcing employment, training, vocational, and educational opportunities, including:

  • Early Service Leavers (ESLs) registered on CTP FHP
  • Med Discharge requiring additional employment support
  • “At Risk” Employment Support Programme (ESP) Service Leavers (SLs)
  • “At Risk” Core Resettlement Programme (CRP) Service Leavers (SLs)

This role involves providing employment support, access to support agencies, and conducting individual needs assessments when required.
