We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Administrative Officer (Employer Engagement) based in our headquarters in Chelmsford, Essex. Are you an organised individual with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, who is computer literate, able to learn new systems quickly and able to work with minimum supervision? Good communication and inter-personal skills are also required.

Range of tasks include:

  • Maintenance of the CRM database.
  • Assist with the delivery of the Employer Engagement plan.
  • Assist with preparation and attendance of events, and event communications.

A knowledge of Customer Relations Management (CRM) databases and a full driving licence are essential. This post is for 37 hours per week. This position attracts a current salary of £27,650 p.a. plus lots of additional benefits.

East Anglia Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA) is an arms-length public body of the Ministry of Defence, mandated to give advice to the Defence Council, manage the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ estate, deliver community and employer engagement for Defence, and provide administration services to the Army Cadet Force.
