We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate multiple projects, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality work. You will work closely with our creative, account, and production teams to streamline our processes and help bring our projects to life. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your role will be key in supporting both the creative and client teams, to ensure a smooth, efficient and well-organised production workflow.
With a focus on handling logistical and administrative tasks, such as booking team travel, managing timelines and production calendars, and supporting clients. This role is on a hybrid basis, and you’ll be office based for 2 days a week at our Chalfont at Peter location.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven multi-tasker with demonstrable experience within an office/admin role
- Adaptability: Works well under pressure and is a flexible team player.
- Communication: Good standard of written English
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Knowledge of Asana is beneficial.
