We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Service Delivery team as a UK based Broadcast & IT Support Technician. You will provide broadcast, media & IT support across our systems that deliver television, radio & cinema services to our global audience.
Responsibilities:
- 1st line support and triage across broadcast, media, and IT services
- Accurate logging of faults
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Timely resolution of incidents & service requests
Qualifications and Development:
This is an entry-level opportunity, so we’re looking for someone who has a relevant qualification, or the ability to demonstrate appropriate experience that is applicable to this role. We will provide tailored training to expand your knowledge & experience across multiple disciplines and support you to achieve industry recognised qualifications.
Location and Working Hours:
This role is based at our Network Operations Centre at our global Headquarters in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire where your working pattern will vary between 6:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
