- A320 First Officer - CCQ to A330
- Base of Operation: Kigali International Airport, commuting option
- Contract base = Nearest International Airport (NIA)
- Date of Commencement: To be determined
- JAA / FAA / ICAO / EASA CPL/ATPL
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Radio Telephony License or an endorsement on the flight crew member’s license
- Valid A320 type rating
- ICAO English proficiency level 4 or higher
- No history of accidents/incidents due to the pilot’s gross negligence
- Minimum of 1500 hours total time
- Minimum of 500 hours on type
- 3 reference letters
- Clean criminal record certificate

Training: all type-rating, recurrency, simulator checks, medicals and associated travel arranged and paid by the airline
Roster:
- Non-commuting crew: 8 weeks ON – 2 weeks OFF
- 45 off-duty days per calendar year (pro-rated), taken in up to 4 blocks
Commuting crew:
- 8 weeks ON – 3 weeks OFF
- No separate paid leave, rest built into the pattern
In the event that A320 Type Rated candidates are accepted by RwandAir, the company will arrange the required A330 type rating.
RwandAir will bond the pilot in time. After 3 years of service, no repayment obligation remains. Should the pilot leave the company before completion of the 3 years period, the remaining balance shall be repayable
