The Opportunity

We are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that is looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to lead business change activities across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving user adoption, business readiness, and organisational change throughout a large-scale S/4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Management activities across the SAP PTP workstream
  • Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Support business readiness and organisational change initiatives
  • Deliver impact assessments and change analysis
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Develop and deliver training materials and end-user communications
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional consultants
  • Support deployment, hypercare, and adoption activities

Required Experience

  • Proven SAP Change Management experience
  • Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
