We are currently supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant who can operate as the bridge between business and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP functional expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, helping users navigate change, drive adoption, and ensure successful delivery throughout the project life cycle.

The Role

Working across business and IT teams, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and optimisation of SAP Asset Management processes, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions while guiding stakeholders through testing, change, and deployment activities. This is not purely a configuration-focused role. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with end users, facilitating workshops, supporting UAT, and helping drive business readiness and adoption.
