Exciting Opportunity for a SAP Cutover Manager!

We're looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead a critical ECC to S/4HANA transformation for a leading retail client. If you have a strong track record in cutover planning and execution within SAP environments and retail experience, this could be the perfect fit!

Role Overview:

Develop and execute the cutover strategy for a complex SAP migration (ECC to S/4HANA)
Work closely with business & technical teams to minimise risk and downtime
Align cutover activities with key stakeholders across IT and business units
Ensure seamless data migration, system readiness, and business continuity
Lead mock cutovers, rehearsals, and final go-live execution

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large-scale SAP transformations
✔ Expertise in ECC to S/4HANA cutovers , including system integration and data migration
✔ Retail industry experience – understanding of business-critical processes
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
✔ Ability to work in a hybrid model – mix of remote and on-site as required

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid (some on-site required)
