Conexus seeks an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a major SAP transformation programme in the UK. You will lead planning, coordination and execution of all cutover activities to support a successful go-live, working with programme leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners.
You will drive end-to-end cutover strategy, manage rehearsals, mitigate risks and ensure governance and escalation processes are followed throughout the transition from legacy systems
