We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Lead to drive and manage change activities across key transformation programmes. This role will take ownership of change management for the team, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the business.
- Lead and manage end-to-end change management activities across programmes and projects
- Develop and run effective change strategies aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment and engagement
- Assess change impacts across business areas and define appropriate mitigation strategies
- Proven experience in a Change Lead or Change Management role within transformation programmes
- Experience working across multiple business functions such as sales, finance, and supply chain
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes across core operational areas
- Experience with SAP environments is desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
