The Role
We're hiring a Delivery Consultant to support our growing SAP permanent division across Europe and the USA. This is a candidate-focused role where you'll partner with the internal sales teams to deliver high-quality SAP talent into global transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage and manage high-quality SAP candidates across EU & US markets
- Own the full delivery lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting and offer management
- Build strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Work closely with Business Development Consultants to fulfil client requirements
- Provide market insight on talent availability, salaries, and hiring trends
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year recruitment experience (Tech market experience is a plus)
- Experience working across international markets is preferred
- Strong candidate management and delivery focus
- Proactive, organised and resilient mindset
- Excellent communication skills
