We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Singapore office as we continue to expand across Southeast Asia. This role is suited for an individual with strong experience in workplace (commercial office) renovations in Singapore, responsible for delivering end-to-end office fit-out and refurbishment projects that enhance functionality, elevate employee experience, and align with brand identity.

It involves close collaboration with clients, designers, and contractors to translate workplace strategies, such as agile working environments, collaborative zones, and wellness-focused features into seamless and practical project execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage resources effectively to support project delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against key milestones.
  • Implement appropriate control and verification measures to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance using relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present project updates, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively by implementing response strategies to minimize impact and protect stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works comply with local regulations and statutory requirements, including guidelines set by relevant authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
  • Oversee project execution in live office environments, ensuring minimal disruption, high-quality standards, and strict adherence to workplace safety requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial workplace projects.
  • Strong ability to interpret specialist drawings, including architectural, MEP, and structural details.
  • Proven capability in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including budgets, contracts, schedules, and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability in project delivery.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Possess relevant professional certification, such as Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Site (CSCPM).
