Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help position the organisation as a trusted partner in global healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, conversion-focused content across digital channels (web, email, social, ads, brochures)
- Develop long-form content (guides, thought leadership, white papers, case studies)
- Conduct global market research and competitor analysis within healthcare recruitment
- Generate insights on candidate behaviour, hiring trends, and market opportunities
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns and conversion performance
- Support paid media with audience insights, messaging, and optimisation
