Purpose of the role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who has a solid foundation across multiple marketing channels and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to help plan, deliver, and track campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and events
- Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in tone and brand
- Support website updates (e.g., uploading content, basic CMS management)
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Help manage email marketing campaigns (build, test, send, and report)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or suppliers
- Assist with event planning, webinars, or trade shows
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Support lead generation initiatives, including paid media
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand, audience, and regional targeting strategies
- Assist in adapting content for cultural relevance and localisation
- Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns and storytelling opportunities
- Support workflow and automation setup for email and nurture campaigns
- Experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot Content Hub
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role (generalist preferred)
- Relevant Degree level education preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web, SEO)
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Exposure to paid media or campaign management
- Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
