We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to manage and configure our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud environment. This role involves supporting recruitment and business development processes, ensuring optimal system performance, and enabling user adoption.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
- Set up and maintain user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security configurations.
- Design and manage Community Cloud for document collection and external user engagement.
- Provide system training and ongoing support to internal users.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing and engaging stakeholders, and excel in working collaboratively within an inclusive environment. In addition to these interpersonal and organizational qualities, we require a candidate with strong background with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud with the following technical expertise:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (a plus)
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (a plus)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (a plus)
Strong Declarative Expertise: Must have deep knowledge of configuring objects, fields, record types, validation rules, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), workflows, and automation tools.
Community Cloud (Experience Cloud): Experience setting up and managing Experience Cloud (customer community), including managing external user roles, sharing settings, and community page customization. Extend Customer Community Cloud functionality through custom branding and themes, and workflows.
Mock-up and PoC: Understand and align business requirements with Salesforce features, and creates initial configurations or mock-ups.
Data Management: Ability to handle data import/export using Data Loader and perform deduplication and data validation.
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs to collaborate effectively with the Salesforce administrator and integration developer.
Custom web services using APEX.
DevOps using GitHub.
Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
Training and User Support: Project Coordination: Strong knowledge of integration tools to assist in troubleshooting or minor configuration. Eager to learn more about MuleSoft.
