About the Role

The role of Salesforce Developer will manage and configure our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud environment. This role involves supporting recruitment and business development processes, ensuring optimal system performance, and enabling user adoption.

  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Community Cloud, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
  • Set up and maintain user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security configurations.
  • Manage plugins for Outlook and Calendly to enable seamless communication tracking.
  • Design and manage Community Cloud for document collection and external user engagement.
  • Provide system training and ongoing support to internal users.
  • Monitor system health, perform regular audits, and troubleshoot issues.

About You

Required Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (a plus)
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (a plus)

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Declarative Expertise: Must have deep knowledge of configuring objects, fields, record types, validation rules, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), workflows, and automation tools (e.g., Flow Builder).
  • Community Cloud (Experience Cloud): Experience setting up and managing Experience Cloud (customer community), including managing external user roles, sharing settings, and community page customization.
  • Extend Customer Community Cloud functionality through custom branding and themes, and workflows.
  • Mock-up and PoC: Understand and align business requirements with Salesforce features, and create initial configurations or mock-ups.
  • Data Management: Ability to handle data import/export using Data Loader and perform deduplication and data validation.
  • Advanced Custom Development: Strong experience with Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs to collaborate effectively with the Salesforce administrator and integration developer.
  • Custom web services using APEX.
  • Experience with DocuSign for Salesforce integration and e-signature automation.
  • DevOps using GitHub
  • Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Training and User Support: Strong communication skills to train end-users and troubleshoot issues post-go-live.
  • Project Coordination: Capability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and the developer.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of integration tools to assist in troubleshooting or minor configuration.
  • Understanding of recruitment and business development workflows to design practical solutions.
  • Eager to learn more about MuleSoft.
