Our requirements
- Current experience: You need to be currently working in an inpatient role in a hospital setting, or you must be willing to return to an inpatient role within a required timeframe
- Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse with NCLEX
- English proficiency: You will need to pass an English proficiency test (such as OET or IELTS) before coming to the U.S., which we can help prepare you for
- You should be highly motivated to pursue a rewarding nursing career in the U.S., with a passion for excellence in patient care
