We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Lead to drive operational excellence across our global systems and infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the day-to-day IT operations of our business, ensuring seamless delivery of critical technical projects and services across all Conexus locations. You’ll play a central role in shaping our IT support functions, encompassing End User Compute, IT Infrastructure, Networks, Azure Cloud, and the full Microsoft Office 365 suite, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and aligned to best-in-class ITIL standards.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong track record in IT service management and a strategic mindset. Security is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll lead efforts to implement and continuously improve our information security controls, aligning with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials+, and other compliance standards. From managing penetration testing and vulnerability remediation to ensuring robust data governance and disaster recovery plans, your leadership will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data.
We’re looking for a capable and collaborative leader with deep experience across infrastructure, security, cloud environments (particularly Azure), and network design. You’ll have a strong understanding of ITIL, a history of successful vendor and stakeholder engagement, and a passion for delivering resilient, secure, and future-ready IT services.
