We’re looking for two motivated team players who are member-service focused to come on board as a part-time Financial Services Representative at our Cudworth and Wakaw branches working 22.5 to 30 hours per week! Travel is required for this role.
Responsibilities- As the first point of contact for our members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members’ immediate needs.
- Through conversations, you will get to know our members and assist them in reaching their financial goals.
- Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them.
- Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers to completing simple credit card applications - to help fill in any gaps on a day-to-day basis.
- Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships.
- Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry.
- An engaging person, who builds trust and working relationships with ease.
- A team player who takes pride in serving our members and creating exceptional experiences.
