Workday Finance Consultant to support Workday Finance transformation and implementation projects.

This is a functional role working across finance processes, Workday configuration, data and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of

Workday Finance projects and transformation initiatives.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand current and future-state finance processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and system designs.
  • Support Workday configuration and transactional data flows.
  • Assist with data migration, cleansing, conversion and reconciliation .
  • Support UAT, testing and issue resolution.
  • Identify process, technology and integration requirements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience working with finance ERP systems and/or

Workday Finance .

  • Understanding of core finance processes including

GL, AP, AR, Assets and Expenses .

  • Experience supporting ERP/Workday implementation or transformation projects.
  • Understanding of Workday transactional data and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Desirable

Active Workday Financials certification.

  • Strong Workday implementation experience.
  • Experience with data migration and UAT.
  • Experience working with Workday configuration tools.
