LIMS Product Owner / Quality & Compliance Product Lead

We're supporting a leading global organisation looking for an experienced LIMS Product Owner / Product Lead to take ownership of its Quality & Compliance technology landscape, with a particular focus on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) .
You'll act as the link between laboratory operations, business stakeholders and technology teams, owning the product roadmap, backlog and delivery priorities across a global environment.
Key responsibilities:
Own and prioritise the LIMS product backlog and roadmap.
Translate business requirements into features and user stories.
Lead an agile delivery squad and oversee releases and rollouts.
Work with senior business and technical stakeholders globally.
Manage product risks, dependencies, resources and budgets.
Support L2/L3 incidents and ongoing application performance.
Track product KPIs, value and continuous improvement.
Work with external vendors and internal technology teams.
We're looking for:
Strong experience implementing and managing LIMS in a global environment .
Previous Product Owner, Product Manager or LIMS Lead experience.
Strong understanding of laboratory operations and Quality/Compliance processes.
Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs and product priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience.
Desirable: Intelex, Product Owner certification, vendor management, budget ownership and exposure to AI/emerging technologies.
