This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Project Manager – Webinars and Video, based in Knutsford with flexibility for home working 4 days per week. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of webinar and video programmes across Conexiant’s European business, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with internal teams across the UK and US, as well as clients and external partners, you will coordinate timelines, manage resources, oversee logistics and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to managing multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks, resolving challenges and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will also track progress against key milestones and provide regular reporting on delivery performance.
Qualifications- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling and delivering projects effectively
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across stakeholders and time zones
- Experience coordinating webinars, video projects or digital campaigns is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage resources, timelines and workflows efficiently
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including technical, editorial and commercial stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Basecamp or similar)
- Commercial awareness and understanding of delivery against client requirements
- Experience in media, healthcare or life sciences is beneficial but not essential
